If your dog is new to vegan dog food we recommend a gradual introduction to Ralph over a period of 10 days. Start by feeding your dog a 90%/10% old/new dietary mixture, then 80%/20%, and so on. This allows an appropriate transition of digestive enzymes and intestinal microorganisms, minimising adverse reactions.

Even if your dog is already on a vegan diet from another producer, it can be helpful to do a mixed transition of old/new until they are comfortable with the new recipe.

We are proud to be a member of the Soft Plastic Recycling Scheme, which aims to reduce landfill and encourage recycling. Packaging can be dropped at collection points throughout NZ, or saved and sent in bulk to their recycling centre.
 

Congratulations on taking a positive step for your dog and the planet! We know it can be a little daunting if you’re new to plant based pet food, but it’s super easy and absolutely worth it.

We recommend introducing your furry friend to Ralph gradually; you can still feed some meat-based food and after a while transition to a fully plant-based diet. Or if you prefer, you can keep a flexitarian mix – Ralph kibble can supplement your dog’s usual meat-based diet to provide taste and fibre variety (good for the gut) as well as reduce your family’s overall environmental footprint.
